In addition, we engage customer experience companies for user interviews to gather insights into your opinions and experiences using our services. These third parties will notify you before sharing your personal data with us.

• Source: If you provide your social network account credentials to us via the bio field or sign in to the Platform through a third-party site or service, certain content and/or information from those accounts may be transmitted to your Account with us.

4. Partners:

• Source: If you sign up to access Survey Education through a third-party partner website, Survey Education and/or our partner may notify you that certain data will be shared with that third party.

Our data is all stored in the UK, in servers in North West London. 

When transferring data across borders, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place which are compliant with the high standards set by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We ensure compliance with EU GDPR standards for all internal and external data transfers. 

Currently our data is held within Salesforce data centres all within the UK, adhering to ICO standards. More details can be found on their compliance website. They have a 32-bit encrypted data service for any data being stored on their servers. The Salesforce Services use, or enable customers to use, industry accepted encryption products to protect customer data and communications during transmissions between a customer’s network and the Salesforce Services, including through Transport Layer Encryption (TLS) leveraging 2048-bit RSA server certificates.

We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and disclose your personal information only in the following circumstances:

1. Sharing with Customers and Partners (Joint Data Controllers/Processors):

• Survey Education may share specific Personal Data with Customers and Partners, acting as Joint Data Controllers or Processors. This may include information submitted during Survey Education's account creation and via the Platform, services, and events.

2. Sharing with Service Providers, Analytics Providers, and Affiliated Companies:

• We may disclose your Personal Data to our service providers, analytics providers, and affiliated companies to fulfill contracts and provide services through the Website.

3. Asset Transfer during Acquisition:

In cases where personal information is utilized for multiple purposes, we will retain it until the purpose with the longest retention period concludes. However, we will cease using it for the purpose with a shorter retention period once that period expires.

Access to your personal information is restricted to individuals who require it for the relevant purpose(s). Our retention periods are determined based on business needs.
